SoulFly Therapy, LLC is committed to providing clear, fair, and transparent terms regarding refunds for all events, workshops, and programs. This Refund Policy applies to all events and services offered by SoulFly Therapy, LLC, unless a separate agreement is expressly stated at the time of booking. By registering for or participating in any SoulFly Therapy event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Cancellation and Refunds
 

• Full Refund (More Than 14 Days Before Event)
  If you cancel more than 14 days prior to the start of the event, you are eligible for a full refund of fees paid. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
   

• Partial Refund (7–14 Days Before Event)
  If you cancel between 7 and 14 days prior to the start of the event, you are eligible for a 50% refund of fees paid. This accounts for planning and administrative costs associated with preparing the event.
   

• No Refund (Within 7 Days of Event or After Start)
  Cancellations made within 7 days of the event start date, or after the event has begun, are non-refundable. This reflects the resources committed and the progressive nature of SoulFly Therapy programs.
   

Attendance and Missed Sessions
 

• Refunds are not available for missed sessions, partial attendance, or non-participation.

• SoulFly Therapy events are designed to be progressive and cumulative, and consistent attendance is strongly encouraged to achieve the intended therapeutic and educational benefits.

• If a session is missed, and where recordings or materials are available, participants will be provided access to review the content for personal use and to stay aligned with the program. Recordings are provided as a courtesy and do not replace live participation.
   

Exceptional Circumstances
 

• In the case of serious illness, bereavement, or other extraordinary circumstances, requests for consideration may be reviewed on a discretionary basis.

• Such requests must be submitted in writing and accompanied by any relevant documentation. Each request is reviewed individually and does not set a precedent.
   

Event Cancellations by SoulFly Therapy, LLC
 

• If SoulFly Therapy, LLC cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event of equal value.
   

General Agreement
 

By registering for and participating in any SoulFly Therapy event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. SoulFly Therapy, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time, and any changes will be posted on our website. Continued participation following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
