These couples sessions give you and your partner an opportunity to find greater awareness, deeper understanding, and a more meaningful connection through shared breath awareness, movement, touch, and dialogue. In a safe, inviting, and relaxed environment.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. A $100 fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations the day-of.
