In this immersive 3-hour experience, we’ll explore the energy of anger not as a foe, but as a powerful ally. Through yoga therapy, breathwork, and somatic practices, you’ll learn how to harness your anger, release tension, and transform it into fuel for personal growth and empowerment.

In this introductory workshop, learn the basics for how to SAFELY DISCHARGE nervous system aggression WITHOUT

  • Inhibiting your bodies natural impulse to get it out

  • Damaging your relationships or harming yourself

  • Superficially acting it out (instead of allowing it to organically arise)
